Lenovo ThinkBook 14-IML — i7 Business Laptop
A 14" business laptop with a quad-core i7, 16GB RAM and an FHD IPS display — backed by a 12-month Reboot IT warranty.
Key Benefits
- Quad-core i7 — Four cores and eight threads turboing to 4.9GHz — the top chip in this chassis generation.
- 16GB RAM — Comfortable multitasking headroom for Office, a busy browser and video calls together.
- FHD IPS display — A proper 1920x1080 IPS panel with anti-glare coating, not a washed-out TN screen.
- Built-in Ethernet — A real RJ45 port, so no dongle for wired office or site networks.
- Fingerprint sign-in — Integrated into the power button — one press to power on and authenticate.
- Aluminium chassis — A cleaner, more modern look than traditional business black plastic.
Performance in Use
The ThinkBook 14-IML was Lenovo bringing a more consumer-facing design to small business: an aluminium dual-tone lid, a slimmer profile and a price that undercut the ThinkPad line. This unit carries the i7-10510U, the fastest processor offered in the chassis.
With 16GB of RAM the machine handles a full business day without complaint — Office applications, a browser with a serious number of tabs, Teams video calls and a VPN client running together. The 10th Gen quad-core has enough sustained performance for spreadsheet work of real size.
The 256GB SSD suits a cloud-first setup where the bulk of documents live in OneDrive or SharePoint. The port selection is generous for the thickness: full-size HDMI and a real RJ45 Ethernet jack, so it connects to a meeting room projector or a site network without a bag of adapters.
